Our Research
Our empirical research, together with contemporary research on Authentic Leadership and human development, serves as a backbone of our coaching programmes.
We collaborate with professors,
researchers, and pracademics from business schools operating in the CEE-SEE Region in conducting empirical research in the field of leadership studies.
Besides outreach initiatives that support our community, the insights we gain from our research encourage us to upgrade our offerings to make them more relevant or to create new initiatives.

Barometer conducted on an annual basis gives a glimpse into the Authentic Leadership footprint in the CEE-SEE Region and raises awareness about its importance for Leaders, Teams, Organisations, and Societies in the 21st Century.
The Barometer also contributes to both Authentic Leadership Theory and Leadership Practice.
