THE LEADERSHIP CIRCLE PROFILE™ - (360°)
We are the first and the only one certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle® assessments in Slovenia. We use them to measure the two primary leadership domains: Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies and to open up dialogues about leadership challenges and explore what could be the ways forward.
The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is the World’s Only Fully Integrated Leadership Model and a true breakthrough among 360 degree assessments. It is the first to connect a well-researched battery of competencies with the underlying motivations and habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and the internal assumptions that drive behaviour.

ON-SITE OBSERVATIONS -SHADOWING
Shadow Coaching is an advanced application of reflective coaching based on observation and feedback from the coach, with reflective practice by the leader.
Our coaches shadow leaders in their daily work environment, or at events such as meetings, workshops, presentations or conferences to discuss behavioural patterns and identify behaviours that would lead to higher leadership effectiveness, leadership performance and leadership presence.

Our Approach to Coaching
Each coaching package starts with a discovery process to create an alignment with the objectives and establish fit between the coach and the leader.
It typically includes Leadership Circle Profile™ and Debrief (360-Degree Leadership Assessment), Career Background Review, and Establishing a Personal Leadership Development Plan (aligned with business / organisational goals).
Ongoing weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions could be done via telephone, in-person or virtually over different periods (minimum six months engagement). On-site observations – shadowing – can also be included in the assessment or the coaching phase.
Monitoring of the progress is captured by the Mid-Point Highlights and the Comprehensive End-Point Progress Report.
We can design a wide range of highly personalised coaching packages to meet
different needs and challenges faced by individual leaders coming from
various industries / market sectors.
AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
We provide leaders with a certified personalised leadership programme that enables them to embark on their Authentic Leadership Journey.
The main assumption of the programme is that the more we grow as human beings and the more we invest in our personal leadership, the more creative, the more effective and the more successful we are as leaders.

The programme lasts 6 months and covers personalised assignments, leadership case studies, leadership group discussions facilitated by a coach, lots of leadership practice and reflection, and an authentic leadership project with a presentation in order to get an official certificate.
PEER-TO-PEER REFLECTIVE LEADERSHIP DISCUSSIONS
We provide leaders with ongoing support through peer-to-peer reflective leadership discussions that guide them toward personal introspection through targeted reflection questions and small, intimate breakout conversations.

With the help of reflection and feedback, these discussions inspire leaders to enhance their leadership effectiveness and drive collective growth and performance.
Peer-to-peer reflective leadership discussions could be provided either on a demand basis in a one-to-one mode or organised on a monthly basis for a small group of leaders.
