We are the first and the only certified practitioner of the Collective Leadership™ assessments in Slovenia, and we use them to open up important discussions about leadership effectiveness with leadership teams.
The Collective Leadership Assessment™ (CLA) is a robust view of where team members view current collective leadership effectiveness compared to the desired collective effectiveness.

TEAM COACHING
Team Coaching is designed for leadership teams seeking personal and professional support through a strategic coaching relationship in a confidential, psychologically safe and judgement-free environment.
Team Coaching focuses on the 'gap' between the current collective effectiveness and the desired one identified in the CLA assessment, and builds the creative capacity of a particular leadership team to achieve short- and long-term personal, team and organisational goals.
2. TEAM COACHING
Our Approach to Team Coaching
Each team coaching package starts with an exploration process to create an alignment with the objectives and establish fit between the coach and the team.
It typically includes Collective Leadership Assessment™ (360-degree leadership assessment), 2- day CLA Workshop, and Establishing a Team Leadership Development Plan (aligned with business / organisational goals).
Ongoing bi-weekly team coaching sessions could be done via telephone, in-person or virtually over different periods (minimum six months engagement). On-site observations – shadowing – can also be included in the assessment or team coaching phase.
Monitoring of the progress is captured in a Mid-Point Highlights and in a Comprehensive End-Point Progress Report.
