The Collective Leadership Assessment® (CLA) is a research-based assessment that helps leadership teams understand how effectively they lead together and how aligned they are around the organization's strategy, culture and leadership priorities.
Rather than evaluating individual leaders, the assessment provides a collective view of the leadership team's strengths, development opportunities and overall effectiveness—revealing the leadership patterns that influence organizational culture and strategy execution.
Every assessment is followed by a facilitated team alignment session, helping leadership teams translate insights into shared commitments, stronger collaboration and coordinated leadership action.
