Peer Leadership Coaching is a structured development process that enables leaders to learn from one another through facilitated coaching conversations, reflection and the exchange of real leadership experiences. Rather than providing predefined answers, the process encourages leaders to explore different perspectives, challenge assumptions and develop practical solutions to the leadership challenges they face in their everyday work.
